Roadmap

What's next

14 modules planned. None of these are in the bot yet. Order isn't a promise, and the support server gets a say in what ships first.

Showing 14 of 14

  1. Moderation

    Moderation and auto-mod

Moderation commands, warnings that escalate on their own, spam filters and invite blocking.

Slash commands for server staff, plus background checks that catch raids, spam, abusive content and unwanted invite links.

    • Slash commands: /kick, /ban, /softban, /timeout, /warn, /unwarn, /purge
    • Warnings saved in MySQL and escalated automatically (3 warnings: timeout, 5: kick, 7: ban)
    • Spam filter for rapid messages, mass mentions and repeated copy-pastes
    • Invite filter that removes links to other Discord servers
    • Optional confirmation step for staff, and a DM telling the member why
  2. Moderation

    Server and moderation logs

Logs for message edits and deletions, joins and leaves, role changes and mod actions.

Botzilla posts server events to the log channels you pick, with a timestamp, the before and after text, and who made the change.

    • Separate feeds for message edits and deletions, member updates, role changes and channel permission changes
    • Each entry shows the user's avatar and ID, the before and after text, and image previews
    • Moderation history per member (/modlogs user): warnings, kicks, bans and timeouts
    • Voice logs: joins, leaves, channel switches, and server mute or deafen
    • Send mod actions, message logs and voice logs to different channels
  3. Voice and audio

    Text-to-speech in voice

Reads messages from a voice channel's text chat aloud in the call.

For members who can't or don't want to use a mic. When someone types in a voice channel's text chat, Botzilla reads it out in the call. Voice, speed, pitch and language can all be changed.

    • Reads every message in the voice channel's chat, or only from members who opt in
    • Neural voices with a choice of accent, pitch and speed
    • Per-member settings (/tts voice, /tts speed) and an opt-in or opt-out toggle
    • Skips links, spam, long code blocks and long runs of emoji
    • Channel owners, moderators or chosen roles control who can use it
  4. Community

    Anonymous confessions

Anonymous posts sent through a form or DM, with an optional staff review queue and numbered posts.

Members can post thoughts and stories to a confessions channel without their name attached. Staff can review posts before they go up, and limits keep the channel from being abused.

    • /confess opens a form that takes formatted text and an optional attachment
    • Encrypted submission log that only server admins can open, for reporting abusive or rule-breaking posts
    • Optional review queue (/confessions queue) with approve and reject buttons
    • Numbered confession posts (for example, Confession #1042) with reaction buttons
    • Per-member cooldowns and a slowmode setting to stop flooding
  5. Community

    Birthdays

Birthday posts at midnight in each member's timezone, with a role for the day.

Members save their birthday and timezone. On the day, Botzilla posts a birthday message in your chosen channel and gives them a birthday role for 24 hours.

    • /birthday set checks the date and timezone when you save them
    • Midnight birthday posts with editable greeting text and GIFs
    • A birthday role (for example, Birthday Star) added for 24 hours, then removed
    • /birthday upcoming lists this month's birthdays in the server
    • Members can hide their age and show only the month and day
  6. Events

    Giveaways

Button-entry giveaways with a live countdown, role requirements and rerolls.

Run giveaways in your channels. Members enter with a button, Botzilla checks role or level requirements, counts down, then picks the winners at random and tells them.

    • /giveaway start takes a duration (2h, 3d, 1w), a prize and the number of winners
    • Entry button that confirms each entry and shows a live entrant count
    • Entry rules: required roles, bypass roles or a minimum level
    • Random winner draw, a DM to each winner, and /giveaway reroll
    • End times are saved in the database, so giveaways still end on time after a restart
  7. Community

    Starboard

Messages that get enough star reactions are reposted to a starboard channel.

When a message reaches the star count you set, Botzilla reposts it to a #starboard channel so the best moments are easy to find later.

    • Pick the reaction (a star or any server emoji) and how many are needed (for example 3, 5 or 10)
    • The star count on the starboard post updates as more people react
    • Shows images, video thumbnails and image galleries, with a link back to the original message
    • Option to ignore self-stars, and a channel blocklist for private or announcement channels
    • /starboard top ranks the most-starred messages and authors
  8. Streaming

    Twitch and voice stream alerts

Posts an alert when a creator goes live on Twitch or starts streaming in a voice channel.

Botzilla posts an alert when a linked Twitch streamer goes live, or when a member starts screen sharing or turns on their camera in a voice channel.

    • Twitch alerts through Twitch webhooks, with the game, stream title and a live thumbnail
    • Alerts when members screen share or turn on their camera in voice channels
    • Editable alert text, role pings (for example @StreamAlerts) and a choice of channel
    • Alert removed or updated when the stream ends
    • Several streamers per server, each with their own alert channel
  9. Community

    Leveling and rank cards

XP for chatting, image rank cards, milestone roles and a server leaderboard.

Members earn XP as they chat, get roles at the levels you choose, and can check their progress on an image rank card.

    • Adjustable XP per message, with a 60-second cooldown so spamming doesn't pay
    • /rank shows avatar, level, current XP, XP needed and server position
    • Roles handed out at the levels you choose (for example 5, 10, 25, 50, 100)
    • /leaderboard pages through the server, with the top 3 shown on a podium
    • Channels and roles that earn no XP, such as bot-spam channels
  10. Support

    Support tickets

A button panel that opens private ticket channels and saves transcripts.

Members press a button on a ticket panel to open a private channel that only they and your staff can see. Staff can claim, rename and close tickets, and a transcript is kept.

    • Ticket panels that keep working after restarts, with custom buttons and optional intake questions
    • Private channels created in the support category you pick, with locked permissions
    • Buttons in each ticket: Claim Ticket, Add Member, Rename Ticket, Close & Archive
    • HTML or text transcripts saved to the database and sent to the ticket owner by DM
  11. Utilities

    Sticky messages and scheduled posts

Messages that stay at the bottom of busy channels, plus repeating scheduled posts.

Keep rules or announcements visible in fast channels. A sticky message is deleted and reposted at the bottom whenever new messages come in.

    • Reposting is rate limited, so a busy channel doesn't turn into spam
    • Repeating posts (hourly, daily or weekly) for events and reminders
    • Supports Discord markdown, formatted layouts and buttons
    • Set and remove with /utility sticky set and /utility sticky remove
  12. Server growth

    Invite tracking

See who invited each new member, track vanity URL joins and rank top inviters.

Botzilla records which invite each new member used, subtracts members who leave to get a net count, and can give roles at invite milestones.

    • Records the invite code used as each member joins
    • Counts regular invites, fake or duplicate accounts and leaves for a net score
    • /invites leaderboard for the server and /invites user for one member
    • Vanity URL join tracking for community and partner servers
  13. Website

    Web dashboard

Change settings for counting, voice rooms, leveling and moderation from a browser.

Set up Botzilla for your server from a browser instead of slash commands. Log in with Discord, turn modules on or off, and see usage charts.

    • Discord login that checks you have admin permissions in the server
    • An on/off switch for every module, per server
    • Editors for counting modes, voice room name lists and media-only channels
    • Charts for command use, voice hours and chat messages
  14. Games and economy

    Economy and server shops

Server currency, daily streaks, work commands, casino games and role shops.

Members earn currency from daily streaks, minigames and taking part in the server. Admins set up shops that sell roles or perks.

    • Daily streak rewards, /work tasks and optional robbing that can backfire
    • Item and role shops set up by each server's admins
    • Casino games: blackjack, slots, coinflip bets and lotteries
    • Economy leaderboards and a bank that pays interest
